Yo, what is the sample
Did you just got pads or the board under that too? My pads are close to
dead and not sure if it is just the pads or the whole controller thing? You
have a clue how I can find that out?

You can use the mpc 1000 as a controller of sorts but it won’t have full
functionality like if u was to use a dedicated midi controller the mpc 1k
to 5k are best used stand alone the mpc rennaissance is more of a digital
version theres more focus on the computer with that machine hope this helps

@bcbudful if your pads are not torn or anything then it might be your
sensors what you could do is go to this website mpcstuff.com and ask them
over there they know ALOT about the mpc’s
