You can but its allot easier if you have at least a few keyboards. Or you
can always get a controller for you computer and use ableton.

what do you need to record samples from a record to the mpc and how do you

hey, idk why, but i recently feel like making music. i am absolutely
clueless about how to start. all i know is that i have a piano keyboard. i
recently heard a piano song that i think would be pretty nice if i add so
hip hop in it. how do i do this? what do i need? is there something that
can add sounds or change the sounds to a song? eventually i want to work my
way up to creating my own piano song that i can edit/remix. thanks

how do you connect the vinyl to the MPC and how do you chop the sample and
change the pitch, do you do it on the MPC or a certain programme, someone
please answer in detail. thanks
You don’t have to have a keyboard to make music on the mpc, but it does
give you allot more options.
I GET A DIRECTORY ERROR WHEN I TRY TO SAVE MY TRCKS. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG
. I SELECT THE SAVE ENTIRE MEMORY. AND IT RUNS THROUGH SOME THINGS THEN
BEFORE IT FINISHES IT SAYS DIRECTORY ERROR! I AM TRYING TO SAVE A BEAT IN A
PROGRAM BECAUSE I AM NOT SURE YOU TO ADD THEM INTO A SEQUENCE YET. HOW CAN
I JUST SAVE THE TRACK I MADE INTO THE PROGRAM WITHOUT THIS ERROR?

hi i just bought a mpc sampler with jjos 3.08 however i am having real
trouble syncing it to my abelton i connected through my sound card saffire
pro 24 and also and made the approapiate midi connection however it didnt
seem to work also wich is more disturbing it doesnt seem to record proply
when i press tap note repete the loopp that has currently been recorded
shuts off this also happens when i records i mean it dissapears please help
is it just me or does this guy blink like twice the whole video?

How do I install JJ OS? – I says hold down window and turn on – Then it
starts to load and says I dont have the right file?
I changed my hard drive to a 80 gig & memory & now when I try to save
anything its asking for a password. How to get pass that ? Wats the
password ?

i just bought a akai mpc 1000 someone that can tell me why it wont load my
cf card and freeze when i insert it i have jj os v.3.16
@hallal55 yes you can put wav files on your mpc, you’ll need a hard drive
or a Compact flash to store them. You can’t make sounds you CAN load
samples. If you have JJ OS 2xl you could record static and use that as a
modulation wave form but that is beyond the scope of this tutorial.

Where did you download jj os 4.99?
the blue mpc pads die out after while and if they haven’t been upgraded,
they’ll die out on you as well. If your looking for used ebay works out.
How do I remove it from my mpc?
