How to make a Song from all your Sequences on the MPC 1000

a newbee this is my first mpc that new . i finally got something of a rhthm
my? is i have to make all seq first just to make a song like i can’t punch
in out rec my song hope that wasnt to a.d.d ish my loop i guess u call,it
sounds like a song was this program mute thing i have manual but it doesnt
really explain that i understand the whole song mode thing
