This dude cool..thanks for splash too
@onelonedork Well I was trying to figure out ways to use the Axiom without
a software synth, so I thought maybe the MPC (after having loaded samples),
could help me in a live situation.
Will this work with the akai factory OS?
Can you make one that shows how to control the MPC using an Axiom keyboard
midi controller. I mean how to use the MPC as a sound module for the Axiom
or any other midi keyboard controller.
@theANT47 I’ll cover that in a few weeks.
@tamosfan Indeed.
So I can record the MIDI notes from my synth (a multitimbral one via midi
out) track per track and the MPC will send all tracks (one MIDI part per
track) to my synth so it will play the whole composition (being the synth
in multi mode), right? Kinda like a MIDI looper? And I can send the audio
from my synth to the MPC and it will sound along with the internal MPC
tracks (based on samples) created and still I can resample the whole
outout, chop it, slice it…etc? Then me getz MPC.
That is pretty Awesome
When I plug into my mpc it’s really quite even though it say volume 100
help me
hey, has anybody tried recording the digital IN on their MPC using free
JJOS 3.12 or the JJOS2XL ver. 2.18? Did it work?
you rock son!
Did you sampled Venetian Snares?
Hi man,
best instruction
very informative! welcome to world of fantasy movie/video game soundtracks.
W.o.W
@actionist The mpc is a sampler so it doesn’t really have any on board
sounds unless you load them up. Using the mpc as a sound module isn’t
really a very good way to go.
would this configuration work for your note controller? MPC master out to
Sound module. NovationSL out to Soundmodule. At present I cant trigure
samples (drum program) and play the sunth at the same time – I have to
changer from one track to the other (midi / Program) on the MPC….any
suggestions? I only have 1 in/out/thru on the sound module.
great. input thru, changing a track type to audio, allows one to scratch
in/record in some stuff for as many bars as I want. niiiice.
Nice one fella, very very useful keep it coming.
Is there any way you could help me out with downloading and installing
JJ-OS? The process is confusing me. Lol I’m not sure which ones came out
first and I’ve heard they’ve got to be installed in order.
Can you show how you got the td 8 to receive the midi notes?
nice videos… but it irks me how he says mid instead of midi
Can you or someone please tell me where i can buy or get the, jj os 4,99
operating system for my mpc 1000 ! cool if you have a link:) Thanks LOT.
