you can get a lot of cool stuff for your MPC from "Mpcstuff.com"
Very nice insight, lithion. A compelling watch for us producers. =D
when you click "do it" to load a kick drum does it get put on the internal memmory?
a super hiphop platinum 50 drum kits classics got it myself haha
what OS u got on ur mpc 1000?
and what exactly was that resampling process for? i mean the part where you recorded the same kick you already had loaded up 3 times in a row and then cut one out?!
Great video bruddah!
I've been makin' beats with Reason and Pro Tools for the past 2 1/2 years and although I own a MPC 1000… I've only used it for a "trigger" in Reason.
But now I'm redoing my studio and settin up the MPC without any computer to it and sitting down and learning the damn thing – inside and out.
When I do… I'll be back to check out all of your vids!
Preciate you sharing your knowledge online!

Where Do you get your Drum samples from????
I love listening to the radio and stay up to date on the evolution of music. Who will win the tug of war.
My boy, I don't listen to radio at all. People call that dirt ass shit hiphop. Ha. Drakeand these fucked up 1 hit wonders are horrible. Hiphop to me died in the 90's. The cronic, ready to die, Illmatic, reasonable doubt, 36 chambers, licensed to I'll, tougher than leather, midnight marauders, gangstar, jeru da damaja. THAT WAS HIP HOP. the only album that can hang with them is get rich or die tryin Fuck radio. That's what I grew up on so don't comment unless u know what u are talking ab
johnnyvigg u a bitch shut the fuck up u just dnt know what music is the first rapper ever started off with a sample
Ay I use an mv. I was wonderin if anyone really watched these vids. I was thinkin bout puttin some up. I got some music up I made w it but that's all.
I'm not a hater at ALL but I don't see where talent is. Ur basically taking a loop of someone elses music and adding a reverb, some effects, and drums. Make a beat without stealing a sample. Ur whole formula is sampling. That's what hip hop beatmakin turned into. It sucks. Origionality!!!!! Make your own music!
nice track man, feeling this shit
Track at the end…dope, but missing a bass line. Count me as a subscriber man. Like your hustle and style dude. Good luck!!
nicee beat dude fa real
whats the beat at the end of the vid its dope ass fuck
that delay effect makes your samples feel more massive, more present. This video exemplifies the power of using effects tastefully. You have my admiration
