Here is my first full-length track on the MPC 1000, although I’m still only using it very basically. I love the staccato-glitchy effect you can get through s…

nice glitch hop beat
great track man, very inventive! i love seeing what people can do when
sampling this kind of repertoire!
Cheers man.
Very sexy. Your music now is so much more interesting than like 5 years ago
:P.
WOW! how you create glitch soundS? KAOSS?
That was freakin’ great! Very musical and a proper ending!
Hey, I was looking for a techno remix of the Azan (The Call to Prayer).
Awesome job with the sample here. Have you done anything with the full song
as your base, or do you know of any remixes of it out there?
Hi there. Well, the glitchy kit is created with the Kaoss Pad. The glitchy
effects is created by cutting up samples and then re-ordering them.
four tet ftw, indeed. and nice video, man =)
@Daemyr77 By the way, my new video features a lot of The Call to Prayer.
@Daemyr77 Hello, thanks for your comment. No, this is the only time I’ve
used anything from the Call to Prayer. I don’t dare use anymore of it to be
completely honest, as it’s so sacred and some people may well take offense.
I don’t know of anyone else who’s used it either. Sorry!
@arithedog Thanks very much .
Any standard DAW (cubase, logic, protools, ableton, etc.) has quite a few
decent effects. You can also use VST plug-ins which are innumerable online
and you can use these with any of the usual software.
@psychopath3000 It’s all good man! I’ll just be happy when I can get a KP3
and possibly the Kaossilator Pro when it comes out… Then I’ve got to make
some headway into actually getting some guitar gear that I sorely need!
cool tune! 🙂
ganz großes kino 🙂
j adore le coté saccadé sa me fait penser a du conpagny flow j ai acheté un

pouvez vous m aider. mon mail bizmarkie92@gmail.com
coolstens!
@gooozz Thanks gooz. Long time no see. It’s been a long learning curve
getting to this kind of music though.
i like it. are you just running the mpc into the kaoss pad, stereo outs or
some line outs?
Thanks for the quick answer! Yes the MPC is an excellent sequencer, I
purchased it to be the main sequencer of my set-up and pilot my rack of
synths, but as a sampler, it doesn’t have cool effects. I was used to to
the Korg ESX, I found this box very nice because you can tweak your samples
in an intuitiv and powerful way, but the sequencer is very limited so I
sold it. Do you use an editing software for your MPC samples, one that has
cool effects, or do you know one? I’m new to the MPC. Thanks.
Ahh, well that’s where we differ. I don’t need guitar gear, so it all goes
on this other shizzle :_)
dude when did you get the mpc 1000? really good track mate.
Hey man, I really dig your music. Do you have an album or anything I could
download?
Thanks
