make this into a track already
why cant u be my friend man
thanks it was useful :)
i dont really understand how to do that, i got the renaissance a few days
ago (my first ever beat maker) and im just new to everything but im
learning quickly, i always here like pete rock and j dilla using filters in
there beats, i think its really cool wish i knew how to do it! haha
hey dude really like the beat… just wondering how u filtered the loop at
around 3:26? u span it backwards and it filtered out the sound, i thought
that was pretty cool just wondering how u did that
thanks! i had a low-pass-filter on every chop. In Programm mode you can
select all slices with Shiftkey+F6 (or something) and move the
filter-frequence for every chop at the same time.
marius cool job man. i have 2 questions for you! first of all i would like
a comment about the mpd18 that i saw you have there! i am taking my first
steps and i am considerinf of bying it! does it worth it? and secondly i
would like you to tell me the name of the jazz vinyl you mixed! peace brah
What kind of turntable do you have?
What would be a good machine to start off with on a budget thats not overly
chince?
YAY j dilla Madvillian
no if you have an amplifier with a phono input you can also use this. Then
record your sample via the headphonejack from your amp to the mpc…
Really did enjoy this one.
start with software!
youre good, nobody noticed yet. i finished up the beat, then decided to
make a video. that time i couldnt find the part i used again. the track is
the same, but the section youre hearing in the video doesnt really contain
the sample i used after all ;D
ok thanks!!
No!
This is so good music! Thank you. you inspired me! I like all the stones
throw music, and yours too! 😀
for sampling you can just use any record player. i had an used old one from
dual, it was pretty good. You really need nothing special for sampling from
vinyl. The staton t.62 i pretty affordable if you want a new one.
hey how did you adjust the pitch with the data wheel at 1:23?
Nice work, and well done LonkDonk
man ive been looking around for a decent priced 1000 where did you get
yours ?
Great chops!!!
great beat, love the top cam view you added.
Dope
Ok quick question did you use auto chop or extract when you chopped that
sample?
Awesome video! I want one.
